We're sure you'll love your new Nomi candle, but if for any reason you change your mind we're pleased to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of delivery of your order.

Exchanges

Please email hello@nomi-home.com to confirm which item(s) you'd like to exchange, together with your order number, stating the reason for the exchange.

 

Conditions

  • All items for refund or exchange must returned to us in an unopened and unused condition accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • NOMI HOME does not cover the shipping cost of any returns or exchanges back to us. We do ship out exchanged products for free.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges where labels have been removed or products opened. In the highly unlikely case of receiving a damaged product, please send a photo proof to hello@nomi-home.com as soon as you receive the order.
  • Items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be returned to us within 2 weeks from the time that you inform us of your request for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days of the returned product arriving back at our facility, to the original purchasers payment method.
  • Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled (returned or exchanged) after they have been shipped. You can only request a return or exchange once you have received the item(s).
  • Retain your proof of delivery until you have received your refund. Faulty items will be replaced with the same type of product, subject to availability. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care: hello@nomi-home.com
