All orders received before 11:00 (GMT) Monday - Friday will aim to be packaged and dispatched the same day.
Standard Delivery orders received after 11:00 on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
next Day delivery orders placed after 11:00 on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with Evri or UPS tracked service and your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Changes to your order
If you need to make any changes to your order (such as delivery address) please contact us immediately hello@nomi-home.com. As after you’ve received an email saying your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or amended.
NOMI HOME does not accept responsibility for any shipping charges that may occur from an exchange, return, or if the parcel is returned as non-deliverable or Returned to Sender due to our delivery partner being unable to deliver your product. Store credit will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping costs, once the package is delivered and processed by our Returns Department. To ensure that your parcel is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. We encourage you to continuously track your order while in transit.
NOMI HOME is not able to speak with directly with shipping partners regarding address change requests or any other delivery instructions. Please use the tracking number provided to contact the shipping partner directly. Should you receive an email from us, please respond in a timely manner to ensure that we are able to address any concerns.
